The private key for my SSL certificate may be compromised. What can I do?

If the private key of your certificate has been compromised, you should reissue your certificate and then revoke the original certificate.

To revoke the certificate, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Purchased certs.
  2. Click Details next to the reissued item.
  3. Click on ID in the Parent cert # line:
  4. Click Revoke at the top-right side of the action bar on the next screen.
  5. Confirm the action.
